Memorial Health System - Ohio is seeking a Practice Management Supervisor, Clinic Operations to lead the daily operations of physician clinics, drive performance, and implement strategies that grow volume and revenue while maintaining patient satisfaction and high-quality care.

The role requires strong leadership, budget oversight, and collaboration with physicians, hospital leadership, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related health field required.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence others and proactively solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead physician clinics and departments to improve quality, patient safety and financial performance.
• Provide daily leadership of clinic operations and staffing.
• Oversee purchasing, payroll, and practice management activities at clinics.
• Collaborate with directors to improve efficiency and throughput.
• Monitor physician productivity, budget adherence, and KPI performance.
• Coordinate with HIS and billing teams on coding compliance and education.
• Ensure staff readiness and compliance with licensing and accreditation requirements.
• Drive ongoing quality improvement and patient-centric processes across clinics.
