Job summary

Parrish Medical Group in Florida seeks an experienced Practice Manager to lead daily operations, drive growth, and maintain high-quality patient care. You will supervise providers and staff, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to organizational metrics and safety standards.

The role requires coordinating with multiple departments to deliver Healing Experiences for Everyone All The Time, with a focus on service excellence and a culture of choice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in office management capacity preferred.
• 5 years to < 7 years' experience within a physician medical office setting strongly preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification within one year of employment preferred.
• Certification as Medical Assistant a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations within assigned area to anticipate current and future service needs.
• Oversee implementation of growth strategies to support Parrish Healthcare Game Plan goals.
• Ensure departmental dashboards meet targets for People, Service, Quality, Growth, and Finances.
• Oversee scheduling for providers and ensure templates and patient flow are followed.
• Direct staff activities, budget alignment, and compliance with budgets and quality standards.
