Responsibilities

• Promote culture of Choice and ensure strategic goals are met.
• Oversee Pre-Op, PACU, PAT, and Anesthesia Support Services to ensure resources, metrics and talent.
• Manage scheduling, recruitment, hiring, and performance evaluations; participate in on-call rotation and budgeting.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with CMS and Joint Commission standards.
