Job summary

Redeemer Health is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across HRPAS community-based practices. You will set annual goals, monitor performance, and report to the Director while supervising office staff and ensuring physicians have continuous support, supplies, and equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• 5 years of health care management experience.
• Knowledge and experience with EMRs; Athena preferred.
• Knowledge of PC‑based electronic billing systems.
• Familiarity with physician reimbursement methodologies and medical terminology.
• Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT-4 coding.
• Knowledge of insurance plans.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day practice management oversight for HRPAS community-based practices.
• Set annual goals, monitor performance, and present findings to the Director.
• Supervise office managers, coordinators, and clinical/support staff.
• Ensure physicians have adequate day-to-day support, supplies, and equipment.
• Back up duties: scheduling templates, precert procedures or hospitalization, and scheduling surgery.
• Exercise independent decision-making.
• Ensure accurate billing and AR follow-up.
• Optimize resource use and expand HRPAS development.
• Align services with HRHS Mission, goals, and objectives.
