Qualifications

• Master's degree is required.
• 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong data analysis and budgeting capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships across multiple teams.
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and accounting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations in assigned practices to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Directly support physicians by addressing needs in a timely manner.
• Monitor practice metrics to meet goals including patient experience and staff engagement.
• Coach and mentor office leaders and staff to optimize engagement.
• Oversee recruitment, staff development, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee overall results: engagement, patient experience, financial performance, and growth.
• Communicate expectations and policy changes to providers and staff.
• Assist with budget planning, reporting, and financial strategy.
