Job summary

Atos SE in Chicago seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex healthcare initiatives from concept to completion, developing plans, budgets, schedules and communications.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, apply risk and quality practices, and drive process improvement across clinical settings. A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s is preferred, with PMP/CAPM and Lean Six Sigma beneficial.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or an equivalent degree preferred.
  • Coursework in healthcare administration or medical office management preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex projects from concept through completion.
  • Create and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, deliverables, communication plans, risk logs, issue logs, status reports, and performance metrics.
  • Implement risk management plans, including risk identification, impact analysis, resolution, tracking, documentation, and communication.
  • Communicate effectively with sponsors, stakeholders, and project teams.
  • Lead and manage multiple project teams focused on process improvement initiatives.
  • Drive clinical process improvement initiatives within healthcare settings.
