Jobot is seeking a Project Manager (IT Healthcare) in Morton, IL, on-site. You will own projects end-to-end from concept through design, implementation, and closeout, keeping stakeholders aligned and delivering outcomes on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years PM experience OR HS/GED with 3+ years managing projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage multiple projects of varying complexity.
• Lead process improvement across people, process, and technology.
• Drive performance engineering and process redesign efforts.
• Conduct data collection, process analysis, and root-cause analysis.
• Adhere to department standards for project execution and improvement.
• Serve as a cross-functional collaborator and communicator across teams.
• Grow into PM II with increasing autonomy.
