Job summary

Atos is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager in the Chicago area to lead complex health-system initiatives from concept through completion, aligning clinical redesign with operational excellence. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of healthcare administration or project management.
• Minimum 1 year using Microsoft Project or similar tool.
• Minimum 2 years facilitating clinical quality improvement in a teaching hospital.
• Finance experience preferred.
• Experience driving change in a complex organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with medical and nursing leadership to implement clinical care redesign initiatives.
• Work closely with Finance leaders to support clinical improvement plans.
• Establish and embed best clinical and operational practices with clinical and operational teams.
• Partner with hospital-based services to identify and implement high-functioning, role-based workflows.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and patient-centered care.
• Provide training in data utilization and process improvement methodologies.
• Train clinic staff on PDSA or similar quality improvement models.
• Support overall practice transformation and continuous quality improvement efforts.
