Job summary

Atos SE is seeking a Capital Improvement Technology Project Manager within its Hospital Information Systems - Project Management department. The role leads complex healthcare projects from inception to completion, focusing on clinical process improvements and compliance across teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in healthcare PM, a Master’s in public health or policy, and CAPM certification, with experience using MS Project and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of full-time paid work experience in healthcare administration or project management.
• Minimum of two (2) years of full-time paid work experience utilizing MS Project or a comparable project management tool.
• Master’s degree in public health, Healthcare Policy, or an equivalent degree.
• Certification in Project Management (CAPM).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, deliverables, communication plans, risk logs, issues logs, status reports, and performance metrics from concept through completion.
• Handle issues analysis, resolution, and tracking activities, ensuring proper documentation and communication.
• Focus on clinical process improvement and healthcare redesign, integrating clinical and operational practices in collaboration with clinical and operational teams.
• Support hospital-based services in achieving performance targets by reviewing performance data and trends, maintaining and communicating the performance dashboard.
• Engage with clinic leadership to promote patient-centered care through training in the use of data and other skills associated with process improvement.
• Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of each project, ensuring project documentation is accurate and complete.
• Ensure effective communication, adequate training, and proper documentation across projects.
