Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of full-time paid work experience in healthcare administration or project management.
• Minimum of two (2) years of full-time paid work experience utilizing MS Project or a comparable project management tool.
• CAPM certification required.
• Security requirements: understanding security at each stage of the project cycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, deliverables, communication plans, risk logs, issues logs, status reports, and performance metrics from concept through completion.
• Oversee day-to-day operational tasks and ensure project documentation is accurate and complete.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with clinic leadership to promote patient-centered care through data-driven process improvements.
• Manage communication and training across projects to ensure consistency and clarity.
• Focus on clinical process improvement and healthcare redesign in collaboration with clinical and operational teams.
