Job summary

HonorHealth seeks a Project Manager II in Planning, Design & Construction to lead complex healthcare design and construction projects in active hospital environments. The role ensures scope, schedule, budget, quality, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with clinical and facilities teams.

Responsibilities include planning, execution, risk mitigation, and ensuring infection prevention standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• At least 5 years leading healthcare capital projects.
• Experience with Procore or similar PM software.
• Familiarity with DMV & AHJ standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex healthcare design and construction projects from planning through closeout in active facilities.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Provide advanced financial oversight, forecasting and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and infection prevention standards.
