Job summary

HonorHealth in Phoenix seeks a Project Manager I to lead small-to-moderate healthcare design and construction projects, primarily ambulatory and repeatable facility work. You will own scope, budget, schedule, quality, and regulatory compliance in alignment with organizational standards.

You will work with internal stakeholders, consultants, and vendors, coordinate procurement under thresholds, maintain project documentation in Procore, and escalate risks to senior leaders as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare project management experience.
• Proficiency with Procore or similar PM software.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid compliance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Project planning and delivery of healthcare capital projects (ambulatory clinics, tenant improvements, minor renovations).
• Ensure regulatory compliance, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Maintain complete and accurate project documentation.
