Job summary

Lower Bucks Hospital, part of Prime Healthcare, is seeking an experienced healthcare facilities engineer to maintain and repair hospital infrastructure, including mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, boiler/HVAC trade certification, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma. This is a temporary, dayshift position within a community hospital serving Lower Bucks County, PA.

Qualifications

• Five years experience in an acute healthcare setting preferred.
• Able to troubleshoot, read schematics, and/or blue prints.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Certified and/or licensed in a specified trade that is relative to healthcare engineering (Steam boiler, HVAC).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate logs on all equipment and provides for a safe working environment.
• Maintains and repairs equipment including mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, plant maintenance, and carpentry.
• Certified and/or licensed in a trade related to healthcare engineering.
