Job summary

Lower Bucks Hospital, part of Prime Healthcare, seeks a skilled healthcare technician to maintain and repair hospital equipment and related systems. The role emphasizes safe operation, proactive maintenance, and adherence to regulatory standards.

You should have 5 years in acute care, ability to read schematics/blueprints, a valid PA driver’s license, and trade certification relevant to healthcare engineering.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an acute healthcare setting.
• Able to troubleshoot, read schematics, and/or blueprints.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Certified and/or licensed in a specified trade that is relative to healthcare engineering (Steam boiler, HVAC, etc)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate logs on all equipment in hospital and provides for a safe working environment.
• Maintains and repairs equipment including, but not limited to, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, plant maintenance, and carpentry.
• Certified and/or licensed in a specific trade that is directly related to healthcare engineering.
