Job summary

Pure Infusion is seeking a Supply Chain Purchasing Coordinator to ensure timely, accurate purchasing of medications and medical supplies for 70+ clinics. You will manage daily PO activity, track orders, and collaborate with wholesalers, distributors, manufacturers, and internal teams to keep patient care uninterrupted.

You will monitor shortages, coordinate with suppliers, and support strategic sourcing while maintaining audit-ready records and improving purchasing processes under established

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of purchasing experience, or a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field with relevant internship experience.
• Experience managing multiple purchasing activities while balancing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail in order quantities, pricing, and records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Reviews purchase orders in WeInfuse for accuracy and price alignment.
• Adjusts orders within approval thresholds with leadership sign-off as needed.
• Tracks and expedites orders from placement to delivery and maintains PO records.
• Coordinates with clinic teams and inventory analyst to anticipate medication needs.
• Collaborates with wholesalers, distributors, and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitors shortages and coordinates allocations and backorders as needed.
• Supports sourcing changes and updates product/ wholesaler records in WeInfuse.
• Processes RGAs and coordinates credits or replacements with suppliers.
• Coordinates product recalls with wholesalers and clinics.
• Places orders through required approvals for free-drug programs and ensures documentation.
• Maintains audit-ready purchasing records and reports on metrics.
