Job summary

Pure Infusion, a growing healthcare company, is seeking a Supply Chain Inventory Analyst to balance medication inventory across clinics. You will develop dashboards, validate data, and monitor DIOH and turnover to reduce waste and support cost control.

Collaborating with Supply Chain leadership, Clinical Operations, and clinic staff, you’ll drive improvements in inventory policies, reporting, and processes while ensuring accuracy and timely replenishment across Pure Infusion’s network.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in building dashboards and standard reports for inventory analysis.
• Strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of inventory concepts: DIOH, turnover, cycle counting, expiration/waste.
• Ability to validate and reconcile data across systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional partners.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop methods, processes, and dashboards to support inventory analysis, monitoring, and reporting.
• Validate inventory data across multiple systems and flag discrepancies for resolution.
• Track DIOH and turnover to identify opportunities to reduce waste.
• Partner with Supply Chain leadership to establish inventory KPIs.
• Contribute insights on inventory trends, wholesalers, and forecast.
• Identify and redistribute inventory across clinics to minimize losses.
• Maintain centralized reporting for transfers, waste, expiration, returns, and adjustments.
• Review clinic inventory for expiration risk and perform root-cause analyses.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Clinical Operations to resolve issues.
• Support education and process improvements for inventory management.
• Participate in periodic physical/cycle-count activities and counting medications.
• Develop and improve inventory-related policies and procedures.
