Job summary

Pure Infusion is seeking an Inventory Analyst to balance medication inventory across its clinics. You will analyze data, forecasts, and purchasing trends to optimize stock, reduce waste, and support cost control. You will track waste, expiration, and returns and collaborate with clinical operations to redistribute inventory.

The role emphasizes KPI monitoring, data validation, and process improvements across multiple sites, with on-site responsibilities in Arizona.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools to build dashboards and standardized reports.
• Strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of inventory management concepts (DIOH, turnover, cycle counts, expiration/waste).
• Ability to validate and reconcile data across multiple systems.
• Clear written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops methods, processes, and dashboards to support inventory analysis, monitoring, and reporting.
• Validates inventory data across multiple systems and flags discrepancies for resolution.
• Tracks and analyzes DIOH and inventory turnover to reduce excess stock and waste.
• Partners with Supply Chain leadership to monitor inventory KPIs.
• Contributes insights on inventory trends, wholesaler performance, and demand forecasting.
• Identifies trapped or slow-moving inventory and redistributes between clinics.
• Maintains documentation for transfers, waste, expiration, returns, and adjustments across clinics.
• Reviews inventory for approaching expiration and performs root-cause analyses of waste drivers.
• Troubleshoots inventory issues with Supply Chain Manager and Clinical Operations.
• Applies clinic inventory toward upcoming demand and suggests process improvements.
• Participates in physical and cycle-count activities; cross-trains for backup.
