Job summary

Pure Infusion is a fast-growing healthcare company delivering infusion therapy with a patient-first culture. The Supply Chain Inventory Analyst keeps medication inventory balanced across clinics, uses data to forecast demand, and prevents waste while supporting cost controls and reporting.

In this role you will track waste, expiration, and returns, partner with Clinical Operations, and help redistribute inventory to meet patient demand. On-site in Arizona.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Approximately 2–4 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain analytics, healthcare/pharmaceutical operations, or a related analytical role.
• Experience building reports or dashboards and analyzing operational or purchasing data.

Responsibilities

• Develops methods, processes, and dashboards to support inventory analysis, monitoring, and reporting.
• Validates inventory data across multiple systems and flags discrepancies for resolution.
• Tracks and analyzes Days Inventory on Hand (DIOH) and inventory turnover to identify opportunities to reduce excess stock and minimize waste.
• Partners with Supply Chain leadership to establish and monitor inventory-related KPIs.
• Contributes insights on inventory trends, wholesaler performance, and demand forecasting.
• Identifies trapped, slow-moving, or at-risk inventory and evaluates redistribution opportunities between clinics.
• Maintains documentation and centralized reporting for medication transfers, waste, expiration, returns, damage, and other inventory adjustments.
• Reviews clinic inventory for approaching expiration, communicates risk to Supply Chain leadership, and performs root-cause analysis.
• Collaborates with Supply Chain Manager and Clinical Operations to troubleshoot and resolve clinic-level inventory issues.
• Applies clinic inventory toward upcoming patient demand before new purchases and recommends process improvements.
