Job summary

HonorHealth seeks an Administrator for Planning, Design & Construction - Contracts to lead contract governance, drafting, and compliance across healthcare capital programs. You will manage intake, templates, and AI-assisted drafting while coordinating with Legal, Project Development & Construction, and Project Controls.

In this role, you’ll enable efficient procurement, track deadlines, and ensure agreements meet healthcare regulations and organizational standards.

Qualifications

5 years of experience supporting construction or professional services contracts in capital projects or facilities environments.
Experience managing contract workflows with legal departments and enterprise legal systems.
Healthcare industry experience or regulated enterprise environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Facilitate structured intake for contracts to determine types, delivery methods, and risk allocation.
Draft initial agreements and exhibits using approved templates and AI-assisted drafting tools.
Coordinate internal PDC and Project Controls review prior to legal submission.
Manage end-to-end contract review workflows with HonorHealth Legal via K Care.
Track legal comments, revisions, and approvals to ensure contracts are ready for execution.
Develop, maintain, and govern standardized templates and drafted notices related to contract administration.
