The role interfaces with Project Development, Project Controls, and Legal, requiring strong collaboration, meticulous documentation, and experience with healthcare or large enterprise

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience supporting construction or professional services contracts in capital projects or facilities environments.
• Experience managing contract workflows with legal departments and enterprise legal systems.
• Healthcare, regulated environments, or large enterprise capital programs experience preferred.
• Experience leveraging automation or AI-enabled tools in contract or project administration preferred.
• Paralegal certification or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate contract intake, strategy and drafting for capital projects to determine appropriate contract types and risk allocation.
• Draft initial agreements, scopes and exhibits using templates with AI-assisted drafting tools.
• Manage end-to-end legal review workflows and K Care interface; track approvals.
• Develop templates, notices, and correspondence for contract administration.
• Educate PM/Controls staff on contract structure, timing, and documentation standards.
