Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience, multi-state preferred.
• Experience with Paycom or similar HRIS/payroll software is required.
• Healthcare or staffing industry payroll experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly, off-cycle, and ad hoc payroll in Paycom for employees and contractors.
• Audit and reconcile timekeeping data including overtime, shift differentials, and stipends.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and maintain confidential records in compliance with regulations.
• Assist with year-end processes and payroll reporting as needed.
