This role emphasizes training, audit routines, and timely data processing for weekly/bi-weekly payroll cycles. The ideal candidate will have multi-site payroll experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with ADP products.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent working experience; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years full cycle payroll experience in healthcare, preferably skilled nursing facilities.
• Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and ADP Workforce Manager strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides training to facility staff on payroll policies and procedures.
• Liaises between facilities, payroll providers and payroll vendors.
• Guides and trains on labor laws, including final payment, meal and rest break requirements.
• Performs data extracts, audits, and uploads to facilitate payroll calculation and timely submission weekly/bi-weekly.
• Audits payroll data for accuracy prior to payout, including hours, pay rate changes, and employment status.
