The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, 7+ years of payroll leadership, and healthcare/payroll system experience (ADP Workforce Now, Workday, Kronos).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Seven years of progressive payroll experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Healthcare and/or provider payroll experience and ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations in a complex physician compensation environment.
• Ensure accurate, timely payroll processing and compliance with regulations.
• Manage vendor relationships and timekeeping integrations with payroll system.
• Lead, develop, and mentor payroll staff to drive accountability and improvement.
• Oversee accounts payable processing, approvals, and vendor communications.
• Maintain internal controls over payroll and accounts payable and ensure audit readiness.
