Job summary

Machinify, a leading healthcare intelligence company, seeks an on-site Client Services Operations Support Representative I to perform clerical tasks, data entry, and payment processing for healthcare eligibility and recovery services. The role requires on-site work in Lathrop, CA and adherence to client policies and regulatory standards.

You will handle correspondence, payments, and basic data entry, while maintaining quality and productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Some experience in customer service or clerical work is required; 1+ year preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to perform basic tasks in Microsoft Excel and Word with occasional assistance.
• Familiar with general office equipment and adaptable to new tools.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn internal and client applications.
• Fast and accurate typing and 10-key skills.
• Basic math skills for calculations and percentages.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to prioritize daily workloads and meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Must be responsible, dependable.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support including copying, filing, processing documents and mail, basic data entry, phone calls, and operating office equipment.
• Process incoming correspondence, including posting payments (checks, EFT and debit/credit card).
• Some phone work contacting insurance carriers and healthcare providers to gather payment information.
• Data entry into various applications/systems for workflows.
• Adhere to company, departmental and client policies and regulations.
• Achieve or exceed quality and productivity goals.
• Obtain and maintain client clearances for system access as required.
• Complete training on time with acceptable scores and apply knowledge.
• Complete other tasks as assigned to meet business needs.
