Job summary

Baptist Health in Boca Raton is seeking a Patient Financial Associate for the Emergency Room/Patient Access to support revenue cycle tasks, registration, verification, and patient throughput. You will work in a fast-paced setting, ensuring accurate billing and excellent patient experience, with weekend/holiday availability as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred.
• Complete and pass the Patient Access training course.
• Experience in payment collection or revenue cycle.
• Ability to perform basic calculations.
• Detail oriented and customer-service oriented.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, AHCA, EMTALA and other guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support revenue cycle, compliance, and patient experience by completing tasks in registration, financial screening, verification, and patient throughput.
• Meet individual collection goals.
• Maintain close working relationship with clinical team for seamless patient experience.
