Job summary

Mercor is seeking Healthcare Business Development Contractors to identify healthcare data partners and develop data-licensing partnerships. In this external-facing role you will contact founders and executives, lead discovery calls, and manage leads through signed agreements.

Ideal candidates are strong communicators with healthcare industry knowledge, experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales, and comfortable with outbound outreach.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry.
• Experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales.
• Confidence speaking with founders, executives, and business owners.
• 30 hours or more of availability per week.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact prospective healthcare data partners.
• Lead discovery calls and communicate the value of a partnership.
• Address questions about data use, privacy, security, and anonymization.
• Manage opportunities from initial outreach through closing.
• Coordinate partner onboarding with internal teams.
