Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• PALS certification required within six months for ASC pediatrics.
• 3–5 years healthcare management experience.
• At least 1 year leading and/or managing clinical operations.
• Strong decision-making, critical thinking and change leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversees site operations to ensure quality, timely and cost-effective services; collaborates with physicians and leaders to ensure a high-quality patient experience.
• Leads compliance and privacy efforts; reports issues to Atlas Compliance Officer.
• Implements policies and government regulations; maintains high standards of health care, privacy and compliance.
• Hires, mentors, develops, evaluates staff; sets goals and conducts performance reviews.
• Drives growth and market leadership; recruits physicians and analyzes growth opportunities; reports to corporate management.
• Oversees site marketing activities with corporate and local hospital resources.
• Ensures financial stewardship; develops and monitors site budget; aims to meet annual budget goals.
• Drives process improvements to enhance patient care, outcomes and throughput; leads quality and safety initiatives.
