Job summary

Basata Inc. is seeking a Partner Operations Manager in Tempe, AZ to lead the Operations unit within Partner Success. You will oversee the Documentation and Workflow Specialists team, drive workflow standardization, and coordinate between Partner Integration and Growth Partner to maintain compliant, scalable processes.

You will manage multiple teams, set KPIs, ensure SLA adherence, and translate technical requirements into actionable operations across a multi-state healthcare portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare operations, client success, or implementation management.
• Experience building or leading operations functions within a hospital or medical practice.
• Experience developing workflow documentation compliant with state/federal regulations across multiple states.
• Experience managing vendor teams and clinical staff across sites.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and mapping into workflows.
• Ownership of playbooks, SOPs, and cross-team docs.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and BAA requirements.
• Strong people management and KPI/SLA setting capabilities.
• Experience operationalizing AI-driven products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Documentation and Workflow Specialists team and scale output to SLA.
• Own workflow documentation and change management with regulatory alignment.
• Oversee mapping and management of medical records into workflows.
• Set standardized training, KPIs, and SLAs for documentation quality and onboarding.
• Standardize SOPs and keep trackers current across teams.
• Proactively identify and fix process gaps before recurrence.
• Equip Growth Partners with configuration context on live accounts and resolve escalations.
• Join GP syncs and perform portfolio-wide pattern analysis.
• Manage the Agent in the Loop team, scheduling and capacity across accounts.
