Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a health insurance or healthcare benefits environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff through go-live.
• Build and own detailed project plans; coordinate with internal departments to set deadlines.
• Drive deadline accountability across cross-functional teams and escalate risks.
