Job summary

Basata in Tempe, AZ seeks a seasoned Partner Operations Manager to lead the Operations unit within the Partner Success Department. You’ll align the Documentation and Workflow Specialists and Agent in the Loop teams, ensuring SLA-driven documentation, compliance, and scalable processes across multi-site healthcare partners.

You’ll translate between clinical and technical teams, build SOPs, KPIs, and onboarding programs, and drive cross-functional coordination with Partner Integrations and Growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare operations with clinic/medical records oversight.
• Experience building/leading operations functions in health settings.
• Developing workflow documentation across state/federal regulations.
• Managing vendor teams and clinical/documentation staff across sites.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and mapping records to workflows.
• Owning operations playbooks, SOPs, and go-live/handoff coordination.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA and BAA requirements.
• Strong people management and cross-team QA rigor.
• Experience operationalizing AI-driven products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Documentation and Workflow Specialists team.
• Build and scale the team to meet SLA and high-quality output.
• Own workflow documentation and change management with regulatory alignment.
• Understand medical records creation, management, and mapping.
• Set KPIs and SLAs for documentation quality and onboarding.
• Bridge Partner Integration and Growth Partner functions.
• Provide product configuration context and resolve escalations touchpoints.
• Join syncs and health reviews, flag operational patterns.
• Manage the Agent in the Loop team and QA cycles.
• Maintain standard operating procedures and escalation thresholds.
• Track KPIs and report to Director weekly.
