Job summary

Basata is seeking a Partner Operations Manager in Tempe to lead the operations unit within Partner Success. You will bridge between integration and growth teams, drive documentation quality, and scale processes across multiple sites while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will manage teams, own SOPs, and track KPIs to keep partner accounts compliant and efficient. The role demands healthcare ops experience, vendor management, and the ability to navigate AI-driven product operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare operations, client success, or implementation management.
• Experience building or leading operations within a hospital or medical practice.
• Experience developing workflow documentation across state/federal healthcare regulations.
• Experience managing vendor teams and clinical/documentation staff.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and mapping medical records to workflows.
• Ownership of operational playbooks, SOPs, and cross-team documentation.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and BAA requirements.
• Strong people management across multi-vendor, distributed teams.
• Comfort with operationalizing AI-driven products.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Documentation and Workflow Specialists team with SLA-driven output.
• Own workflow documentation and change management; track regulations and EMR config.
• Understand how medical records are created, managed, and mapped.
• Set training, KPIs, and SLAs for documentation quality and onboarding.
• Standardize SOPs across teams and keep trackers current.
• Proactively surface and fix process gaps before they recur.
• Equip Growth Partners with config/status and resolve escalations.
• Join GP syncs and account health reviews to flag patterns.
• Manage the Agent in the Loop team: scheduling, capacity, QA, onboarding.
• Maintain operating standards and coordinate with BPO leadership.
• Track and report KPIs to the Director weekly.
