Job summary

Michael Page seeks an Owner's Representative with healthcare construction experience to oversee capital projects from planning through occupancy. This role will serve as the owner's trusted advisor, managing project teams, budgets, schedules, and technical execution with a focus on healthcare facilities and building systems.

You will coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders, review documentation, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as an Owner's Representative, Project Manager, or Construction Manager.
• Experience delivering healthcare, hospital, medical office, or life sciences projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, HVAC infrastructure, piping, and commissioning processes.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple project stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent the owner's interests throughout all phases of healthcare construction projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, risk assessments, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Review project documentation, drawings, contracts, and change orders for accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee design and construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and performance standards.
• Monitor mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems installation and commissioning.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular updates to executive leadership and facility teams.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, codes, and operational requirements.
• Lead project closeout activities, turnover, and occupancy planning.
• Resolve project challenges proactively while maintaining schedule and budget objectives.
