Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking an Outreach professional based in Plano, Texas, to build relationships with clinical partners and drive go-to-market efforts in local communities.

You will travel 4–5 days per week, meet with patients, parents, and providers, and collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to achieve GTM goals. The role offers base compensation between $65,000 and $80,000 plus an uncapped performance bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years proven sales experience; owning & overachieving KPIs a plus.
• Fluent English required.
• Experience selling to healthcare organizations a plus.
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (within ~1 hour) 4–5 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration.
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets.
• Go in the field 4-5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and address barriers to treatment.
• Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across channels.
• Deepen Charlie Health’s penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events in person or via conference call.
• Synthesize market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform go-forward marketing and product strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals.
