Job summary

Giving Home Health Care in Texas is seeking a Growth Intern to support outreach across the patient acquisition pipeline, from initial lead engagement through intake. You will assist Outreach Coordinators by coordinating patient outreach, scheduling appointments, screening eligibility, and maintaining Salesforce documentation.

This is a temporary contract averaging 35 hours per week through December 2026, with potential for full-time conversion.

Qualifications

High-volume customer service experience required or preferred.
Experience with Salesforce or CRM documentation.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organization, follow-through, and ability to meet KPI expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead Engagement and Scheduling: contact new leads, schedule intake appointments, and ensure accurate Salesforce entries.
Patient Qualification: evaluate patient needs, qualify leads, assess acuity and urgency.
Salesforce Data Management and Ownership: document interactions, track intakes and claims in Salesforce.
Intake Conversion Support: assist Outreach Coordinators in converting leads to scheduled intakes.
Team Collaboration: partner with Sales and Marketing to optimize the intake pipeline.
