You will maintain accurate notes in Salesforce and support the referral flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in high-volume customer service, call centers, or sales preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls to support lead generation and intake scheduling.
• Schedule intake appointments within 24 hours of lead receipt and confirm prior to time.
• Document all patient interactions, intake schedules, and demographics in Salesforce.
• Support Outreach Coordinators in converting leads to scheduled intakes and patients.
