Junction is building the infrastructure layer for diagnostic healthcare, using health data to unlock insights and scale patient care. We’re hiring a systems-oriented outbound professional to design and optimize our top-of-funnel outreach within a rapidly growing healthcare SaaS environment.

You’ll own sequences, messaging, and ICP targeting, collaborating with a small, energetic sales team. In this hybrid NYC-based role, you’ll split time between our co-working space and remote work, with equity

• Identified and acted on buying signals and ICP.
• Wrote effective outbound copy and tested messaging angles.

• Build and iterate outbound sequences and enrichment workflows.
• Identify and act on signals (funding rounds, job postings, product launches).
• Research accounts against ICP and determine outreach strategy.
• Write outbound copy and run experiments on subject lines and value props.
• Qualify prospects and set discovery meetings with AE team.
