Qualifications

• Active Illinois Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in good standing.
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in healthcare operations, multi-site preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for assigned health center operations 24/7.
• Interpret federal, state, and accreditation standards to develop system-wide policies.
• Ensure compliance with IDPH, OBRA, and licensing regulations.
• Lead staffing models, workforce strategies, and nurse staffing plans.
• Oversee budget development and financial performance.
• Recruit, develop, and retain senior leadership staff.
• Drive quality, patient safety, and performance improvement initiatives.
