Job summary

BoldAge PACE is seeking a Shared Services Performance & Integrity Specialist to lead operational integrity reviews, performance monitoring, investigations, and continuous improvement across Shared Services. The role partners with the VP, Shared Services to strengthen controls, data integrity, and service delivery.

Responsibilities include developing corrective action plans, documenting findings, and delivering education on approved processes across clinical, administrative, and support functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Operations Management, Healthcare Operations, or related field preferred.
• Experience in healthcare operations, quality, performance improvement, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct recurring reviews of Shared Services operations, workflows, systems, resources, KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality, and service outcomes.
• Identify and investigate operational risks, discrepancies, workflow breakdowns, performance variances, and emerging trends.
• Perform root-cause and impact analyses to determine underlying causes and improvement opportunities.
• Develop corrective action plans and monitor their effectiveness to reduce recurrence.
• Develop performance reports, scorecards, SOPs, workflows, training materials, and other resources.
• Collaborate across departments to drive optimization and ensure data integrity and compliance.
