Job summary

Cityblock Health, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Associate, Quality Operations to drive quality performance across markets, focusing on HEDIS/Stars alignment with plans and vendor oversight. The role advances quality initiatives through centralized support and collaboration with clinical teams.

The candidate will lead payor performance discussions, manage external partners, and develop processes to improve quality metrics in Medicare/Medicaid landscapes across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HEDIS/Stars; broader experience in quality improvement, quality management, and/or population health management.
• 3+ years of experience in Medicare, ACA, Marketplace, and/or Medicaid lines of business.
• Experience managing external partner relationships (health plans and/or vendors), including contractual/SLA oversight, with the ability to analyze quality data and translate it into actionable reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Quality SME for HEDIS/Stars specifications.
• Lead quality meetings for all payor partners to discuss Cityblock’s quality performance and shared priorities.
• Support quality initiatives, data sharing, and ad hoc requests.
• Coordinate responses to payor requests, audits, and quality inquiries.
• Oversee vendor performance and ensure timely deliverables and contractual compliance.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Platform, and other teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Provide centralized quality support to markets to align quality efforts across organization.
• Analyze quality metrics to help markets achieve performance goals.
