Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience providing psycho-social assessment and interventions to patients and families, including three (3) years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Master's degree in Social Work.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Colorado (CO).

Responsibilities

• Mentors and supports staff on a daily basis, while creating a culture and atmosphere that will lead to a high level of employee engagement.
• Oversees scheduling, workload distribution, crisis management, payroll, resource allocation and utilization.
• Provides clinical supervision per best practice and licensure requirements to team members as assigned.
• Supervises daily department operations and ensures high-quality patient care by the social work team.
• Participates in hiring decisions, training, development, and evaluations of staff.
• Develops and maintains department policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with evidence-based practice.
