Job summary

Colorado Access is seeking a Supervisor of Customer Service to lead our call center operations in a hybrid Denver office location. You will monitor call flow, enforce service levels, and guide staff through complex eligibility and benefits inquiries.

Required are a Bachelor's degree and at least three years in healthcare or call center settings, with supervisory experience preferred. We offer a broad benefits package and a mission-driven work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Management required.
• Three years’ experience in healthcare or a call center environment.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day activities of the call center and monitors call flow to meet metrics.
• Ensures call metrics and service level agreements are met.
• Identifies and reports problems and trends and recommends solutions.
• Establish monitors and adjusts call center work schedules.
• Serves as primary contact for Customer Service Representatives and guides on complex inquiries.
• Provides leadership and performance management including evaluations and disciplinary actions.
