Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration or related field.
• Typically 3 years of experience in a medical practice setting with knowledge of physician billing, accounting and general medical office procedures.
• Ability to interact effectively with physicians, staff at all levels and the public.

Responsibilities

• Staff management: supervise day-to-day activities of non-physician staff, including scheduling, performance reviews and coaching.
• Clinic operations: manage reception, billing workflows, accounts payable and patient flow.
• Liaising: act as the primary bridge between clinical staff, doctors and leadership to ensure seamless patient care.
• Requirements: 3+ years in a medical practice setting with strong billing, coding and healthcare administration knowledge.
