Job summary

Riverside Healthcare is seeking an RMG Site Supervisor to provide daily supervision of clerical and clinical staff, lead meetings, and drive patient and provider satisfaction. You will coordinate scheduling, payroll, and compliance with HIPAA and quality standards.

In collaboration with leadership, you will oversee billing activities, ICD-10 and CPT coding, EMR reporting, and revenue cycle performance while ensuring accurate registrations and timely charge entry.

Qualifications
