Job summary

Riverside Healthcare is seeking a Workforce Health Program Manager to promote and enhance worker well-being across Riverside and community sites. The role focuses on developing and supporting occupational health initiatives and onsite clinics, with an emphasis on program growth and long-range strategies.

The Manager will oversee operations for multiple Immediate Care and Workforce Health Clinic locations, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Background in the healthcare setting, urgent care, occupational health, and leadership.
• Experience administering or overseeing occupational health programs.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages the Occupational Health Program, including policies and procedures.
• Coordinates internal and external program activities with stakeholders and Medical Director.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates program effectiveness and quality of service.
• Oversees day-to-day operations of multiple Immediate Care and Workforce Health Clinic locations.
• Schedules staff to meet patient volume and ensures training compliance.
• Maintains regulatory knowledge and ensures safety standards across sites.
