Job summary

Riverside Health is seeking a Protection Supervisor to manage the daily operations of RHS Facility Protection, ensuring a safe and secure healthcare environment and protecting assets, patients, staff and visitors across all facilities. You will lead the Protection team and provide guidance in the absence of the Protection Manager/Director.

Responsibilities include coordinating patrols, enforcing policies, training officers, ensuring staffing coverage, and maintaining incident records.

Qualifications

• Prior security experience required.
• 2 years leadership experience in Security or related field.
• 2 years healthcare experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct systematic and unsystematic tours to ensure safety and security of people and property.
• Provide daily operational leadership to staff and assist with training of new officers.
• Maintain staffing schedules and payroll accuracy to support department needs.
• Document incidents and manage the morgue process and related records as needed.
• Assist with budget monitoring and procurement of protection supplies.
