Job summary

WelbeHealth in California seeks an Operations Support & Strategy Manager who drives enterprise operations improvements, from scoping ambiguous problems to delivering repeatable processes that boost care quality and team engagement.

You will own cross-functional initiatives across markets, coach junior staff, develop SOPs and playbooks, and present data-driven recommendations to leadership. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and healthcare project experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
• Minimum of four years of project and process improvement experience in healthcare.
• Healthcare/clinic setting experience with ability to manage full-scope initiatives.
• Experience leading teams with direct reports and providing mentorship.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end enterprise operations improvement initiatives that yield simplified, repeatable, and scalable processes to improve care quality and drive team engagement.
• Create and conduct presentations on key indicators of clinical excellence, ensuring the team understands how to maintain and improve clinical excellence in a data-driven way.
• Develop training, job aids, SOPs, workflows, and other support materials related to operations improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of operations playbooks, role-specific handbooks, checklists, and departmental guides.
• Proactively lead cross-functional work groups to drive complex initiatives across shared functions and market operations.
• Utilize complex data to inform recommendations.
