WelbeHealth, LLC is seeking an Operations Support & Strategy Manager to drive end-to-end enterprise operations improvements that enhance care quality and team engagement. You will create training materials, SOPs, and playbooks while leading cross-functional work groups across markets.

The role requires strong data analysis, effective communication, and the ability to manage a diverse set of initiatives with minimal direction. Travel and flexible hours are expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or related process improvement methodologies highly desired.
• Minimum of four (4) years of project and process improvement experience in healthcare; PACE experience highly desired.
• Experience leading teams with direct reports including hiring, onboarding, training, and mentorship.
• Microsoft Office competency.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records platforms.

Mansioni

• Independently manage end-to-end enterprise operations improvement initiatives to yield simplified, repeatable, scalable processes.
• Create and conduct presentations on key indicators of clinical excellence in a data-driven way.
• Develop training materials, SOPs, workflows, and other support documents for operations improvements.
• Contribute to development of operations playbooks, checklists, and departmental guides.
• Lead cross-functional work groups to drive complex initiatives across shared functions and market operations.
• Utilize complex data to inform recommendations.
