Responsibilities include training, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring compliance with payer guidelines and HIPAA. A fast-paced environment requires strong communication and independent work.

Qualifications

• One year of relatable work experience.
• High School Diploma or Associate’s degree in Healthcare Admin or related field.
• Experience in admin, clerical, insurance, billing, claims, call center or customer service preferred.
• Healthcare org experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; healthcare systems experience is a plus.
• Comfort with learning new technologies and navigating multiple systems.
• Ability to work independently following established procedures and directives.

Responsibilities

• Support regional operations through workflow improvements and training.
• Review and process documentation including insurance verification and authorizations.
• Navigate EMR systems to enter, track, and validate data.
• Analyze workflows, identify errors, and implement efficiency solutions.
• Collaborate with teams and leadership to resolve issues and communicate trends.
• Maintain knowledge of payer guidelines, products, and services for compliance.
• Assist with training materials, onboarding, and cross-functional support.
• Participate in projects to refine processes and enhance performance.
• Meet quality metrics while managing multiple priorities.
• Perform patient assessments and follow-ups to support care and compliance.
• Ensure accurate documentation and HIPAA / PPE adherence.
