Qualifications

• Minimum one year of related work experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare admin or business admin degree preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support regional operations through workflow improvements.
• Review insurance verification, authorizations, and order accuracy.
• Enter and track patient data in EMR systems.
• Analyze workflows and implement efficiency solutions.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve issues and trends.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and infection control standards.
• Assist with training materials and onboarding.
• Meet quality and performance metrics while handling multiple priorities.
• Perform patient assessments and follow-ups to support care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
