Aveanna Healthcare, LLC is seeking an Operations Specialist (Medical Records Specialist) in Leesburg, FL to support clinical operations at the branch. You will handle payroll-related tasks, onboarding coordination, and ensure accurate records while delivering high-level customer service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong organizational skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
• Experience in payroll and/or human resources is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
• Team player with excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Home health experience is a plus; bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Support: Deliver top-level service to internal and external clients for all clinical operational support activities at the branch.
• General Office Duties: Manage scanning, filing, calls, emails, faxes, mail distribution, invoices, and office supplies.
• Compliance Coordination: Support recruiting and onboarding, maintain personnel files, ensure credentialing, and assist risk management.
